Hi Kittera,
The problem is Tesla servers sending malformed data which the app is unable to interpret. While it is rare, if it does happen, more often that not its when the vehicle is off. Can you logging in again when the car is in Drive?
Also what firmware version is your vehicle on?

Download the latest version (1.2) and try again, I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine.
Sorry about the failed file uploads. I had some misconfigured server stuff which should now be fixed.
